While John was gone and my niece was here for three weeks, I enlisted her help in painting the living. John and I had this disagreement on whether or not a decorative rug can go on carpet. I figured it was the easiest cheapest way to add some pizzazz to the living room. And we already have the rug I wanted to lay down. He insisted you do not put rugs on carpet soooo he said he would rather have paint. Which is exactly what I did!

Why can't you put a rug on carpet? I've done it. Patti does it. If he won't let you do that, then you tell him he can't put foot scrub on his face.
It's just his rule. He thinks your not suppose. He won't really give me a "why." It's just not done or something in his brain. I did get a good laugh out of your last sentence Anne! That is a good one!

Ellen, I'd honestly think about it! I LOVE what you have done. You'll just have to get to MD in order to do it! Wouldn't that be TOO fun! It's been HOW many years? 4+ I think!
