Going Green

Thanks SE for mentioning your reusable grocery bags. I meant to ask where you got them, but then I went to the Commissary yesterday and they have them on sale there! I figure I'll just buy a few at a time. Their only .70 each. I feel so much better using these because I have this huge stock of plastic bags under the sink and hate to throw them away.

These green bags are actually pretty handy!

I have a few of these...I just forget to pop them in the trunk and then they don't get used again. Argh...

Check out BaggyShirts - they are made out of recycled men's shirts, and the folks who make them work from home and are paid a decent wage....very green....very cool...www.baggy-shirts.com.

Eric makes fun fo my bags that I use...they are not all nice and green in color...I have accumulated quite a few over the years, so many colors, patterns and sizes, but groceries are the best use I have found for them. I can fit 3wks worth of food when I use them all. That is a good feeling. Enjoy your bags!

I love my green bags..and for those of you who haven't bought them, the light green ones aren't as sturdy..

to bev...hang them on your door going out to the car as you unload them (hang one and fold the rest and store inside) and take them to the car your next trip out.

I hear these hold 35 pounds each...a big shopping trip for the Efam takes....6 of these lol
